Sales Assistant (Part-Timer) - NTU Alumni Club, Singapore

Are you a friendly person with sales or event experience? NTU Alumni Club is recruiting part-timers to assist us for the upcoming NTU Convocation 2024, which will take place from 23 July 2024 to 2 August 2024. Here are the details:

Dates: 23 July 2024 - 2 August 2024
Time: 9 am - 9 pm (for most days)
Location: Nanyang Technological University, outside Nanyang Auditorium
Attire: Club tee (provided), long pants/jeans, covered shoes
Pay: $10/hr (excluding lunch and dinner break), commission up to 20%

Job Scope:

• Engage fresh graduates and their family/friends before/after convocation ceremonies to promote membership.
• Explain NTU Alumni Club membership packages and offerings.
• Facilitate sales of Club t-shirts and other merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned by NTUAC staff.

You can choose your availability based on the schedule options below, but no last-minute cancellations.

Note: We’ll conduct a short pre-screening interview to shortlist candidates. Please select your availability in the calendar. Details about the interview task will be provided upon confirmation of interview session.
