Scope of Work and Job Responsibilities: Ooni Pizza Oven Sales Promoter at Tangs, Singapore

Overall Objective: Promote and sell Ooni pizza ovens within Tangs department store by generating customer interest, educating them on product features and benefits, and driving sales.

Duration: May 29 - June 23

Responsibilities:

• Product Knowledge and Enthusiasm:
  • Possess a deep understanding of Ooni pizza ovens, including their features, benefits, and various models.
  • Stay updated on new product releases and promotions.
  • Demonstrate genuine enthusiasm for Ooni products and the joy of pizza making.
• Customer Engagement and Sales:
  • Greet and engage with store visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Identify potential customers and initiate conversations about their interest in pizza making.
  • Effectively communicate the unique selling points and benefits of Ooni pizza ovens.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing the ease of use and versatility of the ovens.
  • Address customer inquiries and objections with clear and informative responses.
  • Upsell relevant accessories alongside Ooni pizza ovens.
  • Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
• Brand Representation and Store Management:
  • Maintain a clean and organized Ooni display area within Tangs department store.
  • Set up and restock promotional materials as needed.
  • Represent the Ooni brand professionally, upholding its image and values.
  • Collaborate with Tangs staff to ensure effective product placement and store integration.
  • Track sales performance and report data as required.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends to help inform future sales strategies.
  • Keep track of inventory and ensure that our products have ample stock and no products get lost

Additional Considerations:

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
• Must be a PR or a local
• Experience in retail sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong product demonstration and presentation abilities are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team within the Tangs store environment.
• A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for customer service.
