6 Months Contract System Analyst (Up To $3,000) #BTS - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, email, network connectivity, and general IT issues
• Respond to user support requests and resolve technical issues promptly
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops
• Set up desktops, laptops, servers, and standard business applications (training provided)
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, antivirus, and other business applications
• Support printers, meeting room equipment, display systems, and other workplace technology
• Maintain IT asset records and track IT equipment
• Prepare IT equipment, user accounts, and access for employee onboarding and offboarding
• Pack, unpack, relocate, and install computers and servers
• Set up IT equipment for training sessions, meetings, audits, presentations, and visitors
• Provide technical support during training sessions
• Undertake any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in IT support, desktop support or IT infrastructure support
