Role Overview

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent solutions that leverage machine learning, natural language processing, and automation technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered applications that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, NLP pipelines, and intelligent automation workflows.

• Work closely with users to gather requirements and refine AI applications to meet client needs.

• Integrate AI models into web and mobile applications using Agile (Scrum) methodology.

• Perform rigorous testing, validation, and optimization of AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.

• Investigate and resolve AI-related issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.

• Maintain and enhance existing AI applications and frameworks.

• Document technical designs, model training processes, and testing scripts.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-powered solutions.

• Continuously research and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve solutions.

• Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and customer satisfaction.
  

  Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development or similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C#, or JavaScript.

  • Experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and NLP libraries (spaCy, Hugging Face).

  • Familiarity with databases (MS SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for AI deployment.

  • Experience in Agile project methodology (Scrum).

  • Ability to elicit business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Strong understanding of software design, data structures, and algorithms.

  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Certified AI/ML practitioner is a plus.

  • Service-oriented mindset, able to build rapport with customers and go the extra mile.

  • Resourceful, with strong research and time management skills.
