AI / Infra Automation Engineer (Infra AIOps) - Part-Time

A banking institution is looking for an Infrastructure Automation Engineer to build self-healing infrastructure automation using AI, RPA, and orchestration tools—moving from manual operations to intelligent, event-driven automation.

Key Responsibilities

• AI-Powered Automation: Develop AI-enabled workflows for incident detection, analysis, and remediation, integrating LLMs (OpenAI/Claude) for intelligent decision-making and root cause analysis

• Infrastructure Automation: Build Ansible playbooks for automated remediation and configuration management across Unix, Windows, Network, and Firewall domains, integrated with orchestration tools (Ansible Tower, APIs)

• Use Case Delivery: Implement key AI use cases including backup failure analysis with auto-remediation, and intelligent incident handling via API integrations (e.g., NetBackup)

• Platform Integration: Connect monitoring tools (Elastic/Dynatrace), CMDB (Device42), and AI platforms into an end-to-end AI + automation ecosystem

• Collaboration & Enablement: Work closely with infrastructure platform teams to build shared automation capabilities, driving a Build → Upskill → Transfer model to domain teams

Requirements

• Strong experience with Ansible, automation scripting, and Python

• Deep understanding of infrastructure systems (Unix, Windows, Network)

• Hands-on with APIs, system integration, and event-driven architecture

• Exposure to AI/LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude) and RPA tools (UiPath)

• Experience with AIOps and observability tools (Elastic, Dynatrace)

• Proven ability to deliver infrastructure automation at enterprise scale

• Able to bridge infrastructure, AI, and automation effectively
