Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers and researchers to develop AI-enhanced software and products that meet project objectives
• Apply AI copilots to assist in software development tasks, increasing productivity and code quality
• Contribute to product development by designing and improving UI/UX to enhance user experience
• Support project management by organizing tasks and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery of development milestones
• Communicate clearly with AI agents and team members to facilitate collaboration and resolve technical challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrated interest in using AI copilots to support software development processes
• Enthusiasm for product building with knowledge of UI/UX design principles
• Basic understanding of project management to assist in coordinating team workflows
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with AI agents and team members

• Work arrangement: Typically 3 days in office and 2 days remote
• Flexible working hours available for self-motivated candidates, including night and weekend options, with a 40-hour workweek requirement
