AI Specialist / Business Analyst - Part-Time

Role Summary

We are seeking an AI Specialist / Business Analyst to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions across the credit lifecycle. You will work closely with business, risk, and technology teams to enhance credit decisioning, risk monitoring, and lending processes through AI and data-driven insights.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements for AI-enabled credit and risk solutions.
• Collaborate with business, risk, and technical teams to improve credit origination and underwriting processes.
• Support the design and enhancement of AI-driven Early Warning Signal (EWS) and risk monitoring frameworks.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support solution delivery.
• Prepare business documentation, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and support UAT activities.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech.
• Strong knowledge of Credit Origination, Credit Risk, Loan Underwriting, Early Warning Signals (EWS), and Portfolio Management.
• Understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with business analysis documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories) and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
