AI Technical Program Manager (Tech MNC, AI Transformation) - Part-Time

The Opportunity

• Adecco is partnering with a global technology company to look for an experienced AI Transformation Program Manager who can lead AI adoption across the teams by driving change management, managing cross-functional programs, gathering and prioritizing product feedback, influencing non-technical stakeholders.  

The Talent

• 1-2 years of technical program management experience.
• Strong programming skills (Python or similar).
• Experience shipping code in collaborative engineering environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI/LLM tools, automation, or API-based AI applications.
• Strong product and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive adoption and change across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of agentic systems, RAG architectures, or AI orchestration frameworks.
• Background in organizational transformation and change management.
• Experience working across APAC or globally distributed teams.

Job Description

AI Program Leadership

• Lead the end-to-end development and rollout of AI-driven tools and workflows.
• Define requirements, manage roadmaps, track milestones, and remove delivery blockers.
• Translate business challenges into technical solutions and product requirements.
• Coordinate across regional stakeholders and global engineering/product teams.

Hands-On Technical Development

• Build and improve AI workflows, automations, integrations, and internal tools.
• Write, review, and deploy code changes.
• Leverage LLMs and AI technologies through prompt engineering, agent design, and workflow orchestration.
• Troubleshoot and optimize AI solutions using user feedback and performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management & Change Adoption

• Partner with the non-technical teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
• Drive user adoption and organizational change through training, communication, and enablement.
• Establish feedback mechanisms and measure business impact through adoption and productivity metrics.
