AML Application Support Specialist - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior NICE Actimize SAM Support Engineer with strong expertise in AML transaction monitoring and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NICE Actimize SAM implementations, L3 support, troubleshooting, customization, and stakeholder management within banking and financial services environments.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing AML Suspicious Activity Monitoring (SAM) applications, ensuring smooth batch operations, incident resolution, and compliance with SLA requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L3 production support for NICE Actimize AML SAM applications.

•Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, defects, and performance issues.

•Monitor and support daily batch runs and Control-M job scheduling activities.

•Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues.

•Support Actimize SAM customization, configuration, and enhancement activities.

•Collaborate with business users, compliance teams, and technical stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

•Coordinate with product, professional services, and development teams for issue resolution.

•Support UAT activities, deployment validation, and release management.

•Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer materials.

•Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including incident, problem, and change management.

•Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support backlog management activities.

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in banking or financial services domain.

•Exposure to AML compliance and transaction monitoring.

•Experience working with APAC/EMEA clients.

•Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and ITIL processes.

•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
