Analyst, IT Service (Up To $5400) - Part-Time

Location: Tanjong Pagar

Duties

• Manage daily IT operations and ensure IT services meet SLA and performance standards

• Oversee service desk activities, including tracking incidents, requests, and system changes

• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for IT infrastructure support and issue resolution

• Monitor system performance, operational risks, and service availability

• Support hardware/software maintenance and lifecycle management

• Assist with IT audits, compliance checks, business continuity, and disaster recovery activities

• Support IT projects and ensure timelines and deliverables are met

• Recommend process improvements to enhance IT operations and service delivery

• Provide after-hours support when required for critical incidents or downtime

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT operations, infrastructure support, or service delivery

• Familiar with IT service management and operational support processes

• Knowledge of ITIL, ServiceNow, or PMP is an advantage
