Application Developer - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java backend applications using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
• Design, build, and support microservices and REST/GraphQL APIs to enable seamless integration and functionality
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using Okta to secure applications and user access
• Integrate APIs using MuleSoft to facilitate communication between systems and services
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS services including ECS, EC2, and RDS to ensure reliable cloud infrastructure
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices to automate and manage cloud resources effectively
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, AWS CodeCommit, and CodePipeline to streamline software delivery
• Write and optimize SQL queries for Oracle and other relational databases to support data-driven applications
• Monitor application performance and system health using Grafana and AWS CloudWatch to ensure operational stability
