🧩 Key Responsibilities

Platform Configuration & ServiceNow Development

• Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue).
• Manage forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Implement enhancements to improve platform performance and usability.

Workflow Automation & Integration

• Design and develop workflows using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Support automation initiatives and incorporate AI features (e.g., Now Assist) where applicable.

ITOM & CMDB Management

• Support ITOM modules including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Maintain CMDB data integrity, relationships, and compliance with data standards.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues.

Service Portal & User Experience

• Develop and customise Service Portal pages, widgets, and UI Builder components.
• Enhance user experience through intuitive, scalable front-end designs (HTML, CSS, AngularJS).

Reporting, Security & Compliance

• Build dashboards and reports using ServiceNow analytics tools.
• Implement access controls (ACLs), data policies, and secure scripting practices.
• Ensure compliance with platform governance and security standards.

Testing, Deployment & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Support UAT and develop test cases using Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Manage releases across dev/test/prod environments.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Document processes, workflows, and system enhancements.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, or administration
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Glide API, Flow Designer)
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices
• Experience in public sector environments is an advantage

🔧 Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow platform configuration and development expertise
• Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and integrations
• Ability to ensure security, compliance, and data integrity
• Experience with Service Portal/UI Builder development is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
