Application Lead - Part-Time

Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in Java Full Stack Development to design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications. 

·      The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java Spring Boot and Angular/React development, along with strong knowledge of REST APIs and Microsoft Power Apps for mobile solutions. 

·      The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, lead technical discussions, contribute to architectural decisions, and mentor junior developers while ensuring high-quality software delivery. 

Required Skills 

·      Full Stack Development using Java Spring Boot and Angular (Mandatory) Java 

·      Full Stack Development Spring Boot REST API Development Angular or React Microsoft Power Apps for Mobile Applications 

·      Python Development PL/SQL 

Key Responsibilities 

·      Design, develop, test, and maintain web-based and mobile applications.

·       Build scalable backend services and RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot. 

·      Develop responsive frontend applications using Angular or React. 

·      Create and manage mobile solutions using Microsoft Power Apps. 

·      Document technical designs, architecture, and development specifications. 

·      Research and incorporate updated technologies and enhancements into applications. 

·      Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. 

·      Lead technical discussions and contribute to key architectural and design decisions. 

·      Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, security, and adherence to best practices. 

·      Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across applications and environments. 

·      Mentor junior developers and support their professional growth.

·       Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend process improvements and innovations. 

Required Qualifications 

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Strong experience in Java Full Stack Development.

·       Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and REST API development. 

·      Proficiency in Angular and/or React. Experience with Microsoft Power Apps for enterprise/mobile solutions. 

·      Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

·       Ability to lead teams and manage technical deliverables effectively. 

·      Preferred Qualifications Experience with Python development. 

·      Knowledge of PL/SQL and database programming. Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices. 

·      Experience working in enterprise-scale application environments.
