APPLICATION SUPPORT ANALYST (Java) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first line of technical support, triaging and troubleshooting Java-based application issues.
• Analyze and debug Java code to pinpoint root causes of issues (minimal new coding expected).
• Set up and configure environments for debugging based on provided documentation.
• Write and execute SQL queries (simple to complex) for data extraction, analysis, and customer workarounds.
• Monitor application performance and system health proactively.
• Maintain accurate troubleshooting documentation.
• Plan and manage issue resolution effectively.

Requirements:

• Java Programming & Debugging experience, especially with JSP, JDBC, JNDI.
• Proficient in SQL with ability to write and analyze complex queries.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles with programming background.
• Effective planner with good organizational skills.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
