Automation & Manual Tester (ET) - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software quality against functional, business, and technical requirements.
2. Develop, execute, and maintain test cases and documentation.
3. Identify, log, and track defects, collaborating with stakeholders for resolution.
4. Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium (mandatory).
5. Execute regression and Live Verification (LV) tests, using both manual and automated methods.
6. Analyse automation failures, troubleshoot, and propose solutions independently.
7. Escalate complex issues and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
8. Provide regular updates on test execution and defect status.
9. Support other assigned testing or project tasks.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Experience in manual software testing.
2. Understanding of trade knowledge & experience in trade operations(advantageous)
3. Hands-on experience with Selenium automation (mandatory).
4. Basic to intermediate programming/scripting knowledge (e.g., Java, Python, VBA).
5. Hands-on experience with Jenkins for automated script execution and Bitbucket for code management (mandatory).
6. Experience with Visual Studio for VB script/coding (UFT) and/or Playwright for modern web automation (preferred).
7. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and seek guidance.
8. Strong willingness to learn and improve automation skills.
9. Excellent attention to detail, documentation, and communication skills.
10. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, ALM).
11. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (advantageous).
