Business Analyst (1 Year Renewable Contract) - Part-Time

Job summary
Support Business Lead or Product Owner in eliciting and documenting requirements. Analyze and conceptualize IT solutions that meet business requirements. Support project team throughout execution phase and provide user support.
Job seniority: mid-to-senior level
Responsibilities
• Facilitate and elicit requirements from business stakeholders. • Prepare Functional Specifications Document (FSD) and Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). • Ensure proper understanding of specifications by project delivery team. • Present IT solutions to business and IT stakeholders. • Support project team and revise requirements when necessary. • Support Quality Assurance team during testing phase. • Prepare training plans and user manuals. • Conduct trainings to users before system launch. • Provide close support to system users. • Build automation solutions for business users.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. • At least 2 years of relevant experience in technology business analysis or software development. • Familiarity with business applications in investment/banking industries. • Understanding/experience in Block chain/ Logistics/ Warehouse management. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong ability to manage and align expectations of senior level business stakeholders. • Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. • A team player with a growth mindset. • Experience in documentation and project management. • Agile methodology skills with strong delivery mindset.
