Job Summary

Lead and manage IT projects independently, leveraging expertise in .NET and Azure to deliver solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure service delivery meets SLAs, applying strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in government agency contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT project management activities independently to deliver timely and effective solutions
• Apply .NET development skills to design, implement, and maintain software components for project success
• Utilize Azure platform capabilities to deploy and manage cloud-based applications and services
• Manage project requirements using tools such as JIRA and Confluence to ensure clear documentation and traceability
• Analyze complex problems and troubleshoot technical issues to maintain project progress and quality
• Engage and manage stakeholders to align project goals and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee vendor relationships and monitor service delivery to ensure compliance with SLA requirements
• Apply knowledge of government systems such as ApplySG, Ogre/Opus, and Optical CMS to support project objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions within government agency environments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working as a project manager or business analyst/project manager within a government agency environment
