Business Analyst (BPMN) - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to analyze business requirements, document functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver effective business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements to translate needs into clear functional specifications
• Model business processes using Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to improve workflow efficiency
• Apply Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Gantt Charts to visualize project timelines and system designs
• Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Utilize programming knowledge in JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP to support solution design and validation
• Employ development tools such as Visual Studio, NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau to facilitate project execution
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and documentation of requirements
• Organize and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines and stakeholder expectations

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in Business Process Modeling using BPMN (mandatory)
• Experienced in UML, Gantt Charts, and SDLC methodologies
• Familiarity with programming technologies including JavaScript, PHP, ASP.NET, HTML5, CSS, AngularJS, SQL, and ABAP
• Skilled in using Visual Studio and tools such as NetBeans, Android Studio, Eclipse, VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Tableau
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
