Business Analyst (CRM & Digital Systems) - Part-Time

Role: We are looking for a proactive and technically strong professional to manage and enhance enterprise CRM and digital systems. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in project delivery, SDLC, vendor management, and UAT execution, who can independently drive initiatives and ensure seamless delivery across stakeholders and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support day-to-day operations of CRM and enterprise digital systems, ensuring system stability and issue resolution.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable deliverables for IT teams and vendors.
• Lead vendor management activities, including coordination, performance tracking, issue escalation, and delivery governance.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Define test scenarios and test cases
• Coordinate business users and vendors during testing
• Track defects and ensure timely resolution
• Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables in alignment with PMP/project management best practices.
• Support system enhancements, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain project documentation including BRDs, test artifacts, status reports, and meeting notes.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business IT, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in CRM projects, Business Analysis, or Technical Project Management.
• Strong understanding of: Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Project Management methodologies (PMP concepts preferred)
• Internship experience in UAT, Agile, or Waterfall delivery is acceptable for freshers.
