Business Analyst (Finance Full Suite) - Part-Time

Job Description & Requirements

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Lead Analyst with deep expertise in Finance Full Suite (FFS) applications. The candidate will provide SME support, lead multi-country FFS projects, manage change requests, and ensure smooth operations of finance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as SME for Finance Full Suite, handling issue investigation, resolution, and user queries.
• Lead FFS projects such as system rollouts, Unity ID implementation, QFXLM migration, and currency conversion.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, propose solutions, and drive UAT and production rollout.
• Provide 24*7 support for UAT and production environments, monitor ETL batches, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage incidents, problems, and escalations, collaborating with DevOps, development, DBA, and network teams.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on operational activities.
• Prepare reports on incidents, requests, major issues, and project progress.

Skills & Tools:

• Finance Full Suite (FFS) expertise
• Linux Shell scripting, Abinitio ETL, Oracle, SQL Developer, PL/SQL, Netezza, Big Data/Hadoop
• Control-M, GENEOS, AppDynamics, Abinitio Operational Console, Inquiry Framework, AWS Portal
• JIRA, ServiceNow for incident and change management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or relevant field
• 12+ years of experience in IT/Finance application support and project management
• Proven experience in multi-country FFS rollouts and complex finance projects
• ITIL Foundation V3 certified
