Business Analyst, Fircosoft - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Fircosoft / LNRS WUM-SOC Configuration Specialist to support the configuration and implementation of sanctions screening solutions. You will work closely with business, compliance, and technical teams to configure watchlist management, support system integrations, and ensure successful delivery of sanctions list management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Fircosoft / LNRS WUM-SOC solutions, including watchlists, mappings, validation rules, and approval workflows.
• Support the end-to-end sanctions list management lifecycle, from data ingestion to output generation and deployment.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.
• Work with compliance, business, and technical teams to design and implement integration solutions.
• Define file structures, field mappings, validation rules, and data transformation requirements.
• Support integrations with downstream systems via API, SFTP, MFT, shared folders, or other file transfer methods.
• Assist with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production implementation.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios.
• Support deployment activities and operational handover.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Fircosoft / LNRS WUM-SOC configuration.
• Strong understanding of sanctions screening and watchlist management processes.
• Experience configuring watchlists, mappings, validation rules, approval workflows, and output files.
• Experience working on system integrations using API, SFTP, MFT, or file-based interfaces.
• Familiarity with SDLC, SIT, UAT, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and technical teams.
• Banking or financial services experience is highly preferred.
• Experience supporting APAC or multi-country implementations is an advantage.

7 months contract duration with possibilities to extend.
