Business Analyst, Hybrid, Upto $7000 - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product delivery and launch execution, ensuring quality and timely implementation.
• Lead stakeholder discussions, manage scope, and proactively identify and resolve risks and issues.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements and align solutions with stakeholders and technology teams.
• Oversee UAT activities, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and sign-off.
• Support post-launch activities such as verification, SOP documentation, and user training.
• Drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to governance, compliance, and SOPs.
• Provide guidance to team members and ensure quality, consistency, and accountability in delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry
• Diploma/A-Level or equivalent qualification
• Proven project management and coordination experience (project leadership experience is a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
