Role: Business Analyst Lead

JD:
A strong Senior BA Lead with experience in Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), covering Trade, Transaction Banking, Markets, Lending, and FM. someone who knows how to find answers, is self‑starting, and can drive initiatives independently. Strong business understanding is required.
Experience should be at least 15+ yrs relevant exp.

• • Experience must span front‑to‑back office.
  • Strong understanding of the product lifecycle: From prospecting, trade execution, through billing. Clear understanding of the end‑to‑end CIB product lifecycle.
  • Familiar with CIB systems such as CDD (Client Due Diligence) or a mix of them
  • Able to analyze issues, independently identify root causes, and work with Chris / Mark to resolve them.
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders across different CIB functions.

• Experience in DQ / Metadata / Data Management / BCBS 239 is optional and not required
• Solid experience in Transaction Banking
• Strong domain expertise and the ability to drive operational change (e.g. implementing frameworks and processes), rather than technology changes.
