Business Analyst - Part-Time

seeking an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives by working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to deliver innovative digital solutions. This role combines business analysis, solution design and project delivery to improve business processes and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and user requirements.
• Apply design thinking and service design methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate and recommend suitable technology solutions aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture.
• Collaborate with project managers, solution architects, developers and vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support solution deployment, user adoption and operational readiness.
• Assess change requests, recommend enhancements and support issue resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of business operations to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical business analysis or digital transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps practices.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience integrating and working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering for enterprise applications.
• Ability to review code for quality, security, performance and maintainability.
• Familiarity with Git-based repositories such as GitHub, GitLab or Bitbucket.
• Experience analysing application logs and troubleshooting using monitoring tools such as ELK Stack, Splunk or similar platforms.
• Exposure to cloud technologies, enterprise systems and digital transformation initiatives is an advantage.
