Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or Application Support Analyst.
Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and system implementation methodologies.
Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business and functional requirements (BRD, FRD, Functional Specifications, User Requirement Specifications).
Proven ability to bridge communication between business users, vendors, solution teams, and technical stakeholders.
Experience performing business process analysis, impact analysis, and process modelling.
Hands-on experience in system configuration, product setup, or application parameterisation.
Strong knowledge of test planning, test case/scenario preparation, system integration testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Experience investigating production issues, performing root cause analysis, and coordinating issue resolution.
Ability to manage enhancement requests, project timelines, and vendor deliverables.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience within the Insurance industry (Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Product Setup, Processing, or Data Migration).
Exposure to data migration projects, including: Data mapping Data reconciliation Data cleansing Data validation
Experience preparing Issue Analysis Reports and coordinating with technical teams on solution design.
Familiarity with extracting and analysing data to support issue investigations.
AI & Automation
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application in business processes.
Experience using AI-powered productivity tools such as:ChatGPTMicrosoft CopilotAutomation tools (Power Automate, RPA, etc.)
Ability to leverage automation and analytics to improve operational efficiency and support decision-making.
