Business Analyst (Stablecoin) - Part-Time

Job Summary

Lead functional business analysis for Stablecoin capabilities, collaborating with business, product, and technology teams to define requirements and deliver scalable digital asset infrastructure aligned with programmable settlement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional business analysis focused on Stablecoin capabilities including Pay/Transfer, Receive, Convert, and Hold to support project delivery.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to define and document detailed requirements across multiple project phases (1a, 1b, 2, and 3).
• Analyze and document impacts on Infinity and other client channels resulting from Stablecoin and Swift Digital Ledger integration to ensure seamless implementation.
• Translate regulatory, operational, and settlement requirements into clear functional specifications and user journey maps to guide development and compliance.
• Support the delivery of scalable digital asset infrastructure aligned with the client’s long-term programmable settlement strategy to enable future digital asset initiatives.

Requirements

We need an FBA for Stablecoin project. The Program BEACON (Blockchain-Enabled Architecture for Connectivity and Optimised Network) covers Stablecoin (Pay/Transfer, Receive, Covert, Hold) and Swift Digital Ledger (Swift initiative to build the ledger and orchestration foundation required for programable settlement). Even though immediate focus will be on Stablecoin, this initiative will be building base infrastructure for Client’s journey in digital assets.

The program will have multiple phases (1a, 1b, 2 and 3), there will be changes in Infinity and other channels, the request is for channel FBA who has familiarity implementing Stablecoin project.
