Banking Platform Domain: Direct exposure to tier-1 core banking and investment platforms, with specific experience in Avaloq, Aladdin, Salesforce, MarginMan, or FinIQ highly preferred.
Methodologies: Hands-on proficiency navigating Scrum, Agile, or iterative software development life cycle (SDLC) models.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills; a sharp analytical mindset with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and work independently in fast-paced environments.
