Business Analyst/Technical Product Manager - Part-Time

Key Requirements:

• Strong background in Computer Science, Computer / Electronics Engineering, IT or related technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analyst experience in software development projects
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Agile environment and Cloud platform
• Experience in writing business cases, technical specifications and user stories
• Good understanding of web, mobile and cloud technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Able to bridge business users, Product Owner, UX/UI designers and engineering teams
• JIRA and Confluence experience will be an advantage
• BPM modelling experience will be an advantage
• Prior Singapore government / public sector project experience will be a strong plus
