Citrix Administrator (1 Year Contract) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix solutions (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.).
• Manage and troubleshoot Citrix environment issues.
• Configure and optimize Citrix policies and settings.
• Maintenance & Security: Implement routine OS patching, manage Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and maintain user profile management (e.g., FSLogix).
• Support users and resolve Citrix-related issues.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration with other IT systems in a fast-paced rotational 8-hour shift environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent, with 5 to 10 years’ experience managing an organization's entire IT infrastructure from servers, user accounts (Active Directory), email systems, backups, to general network health and etc.
• At least 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience administering large-scale Citrix farms or multi-site environments.
• Able and committed to work in a fast-paced rotational 8-hour shift environment and manage 24/7 infrastructure availability.
• Preferred credentials include Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V), Citrix Certified Professional (CCP-V), or related certifications.
• Strong Citrix solution deployment and administration experience (XenApp, XenDesktop, etc.).
• High proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell for routine administrative tasks.
• Knowledgeof networking, security, and storage concepts.
• Experience with Windows and server environments.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
