Cloud & Infrastructure Architect - Part-Time

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Cloud & Infrastructure Architect with 10+ years of expertise in Windows, Wintel, VMware, Citrix, and multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, and GCP. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, design, implementation, and automation efforts across complex infrastructure landscapes while ensuring enterprise-grade security, scalability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) including IaaS, PaaS, and containerized services.
• Lead end-to-end cloud migration, optimization, and transformation strategies.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Azure and AWS cloud environments including Landing Zones, VNets, Subnets, NSGs, UDRs, Peering, Transit Gateways, etc.
• Manage and automate infrastructure deployment using Terraform, ARM templates, and CloudFormation.
• Administer and maintain Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), EKS, and Kubernetes clusters using kubeadm.
• Work with Azure Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory; handle migrations using AD Connect.
• Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD using Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Maven, and Docker.
• Secure cloud workloads using RBAC, WAF, OWASP policies, NSGs, ASGs, PIM, and PAM.
• Configure and optimize storage using Azure Blob, File Share, AWS S3, and AWS Storage Gateway.
• Manage and monitor cloud infrastructure using vRealize Suite, vSAN, NSX-T/V, and Log Insight.
• Design and implement application delivery using App Services, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL, RDS, and Application Gateway with SSL termination.
• Work with data pipelines, Databricks, and performance monitoring tools for cloud data operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and VMware technologies.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, AKS, EKS, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deep understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings.
• Hands-on with scripting using PowerShell and infrastructure automation.
• Proficient in web server setups (IIS, Apache, Nginx).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Exposure to Cloud Adoption Framework and best practices in cloud architecture.
