Job Description

• a) Design, implement, and maintain complex infrastructure integration solutions spanning cloud environments (primarily AWS) and on-premises systems
• b) Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and Infrastructure as Code using Ansible and Terraform to streamline integration processes and enhance operational efficiency
• c) Manage and optimise Unix/Linux systems, services, and Elasticsearch clusters for comprehensive log management and analysis
• d) Implement robust monitoring solutions using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix for infrastructure and applications, ensuring high availability and optimal performance of critical business components
• e) Deploy and manage containerised applications using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS) environments, including day-to-day cluster operations and maintenance
• f) Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements, develop comprehensive technical solutions, and implement DevOps best practices using CI/CD pipelines
• g) Troubleshoot and resolve complex network, system, and application issues whilst minimising disruption to business operations
• h) Execute cloud migration strategies from on premises to cloud environments, including planning and implementation phases
