Cloud Infra Operations Manager - Part-Time

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infra Operations Manager, with expertise in Azure.

Responsibilities:

• Key member of IT Operations team that manages IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing
• Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters
• Manage or to be involved in Infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities
• Part of the IT Operations team to perform daily BAU tasks such as managing incidents, fulfilment of Service Requests, Change Requests and Application Support.
• Work with relevant department(s) and users to lead the IT DR coordination, recovery strategy, planning and execution.
  

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience of strong hands-on technical experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations
• Good understanding of key technologies adopted such as Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery and Security tools
• Work experience in FSI (Banking & Insurance) and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) would be an advantage
• Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure Cloud, Networking, Security) would be advantageous
• Proficiency in ITIL & ITSM. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
