Cyber Project Manager - Part-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Cybersecurity Project Manager – AgileSec Analytics Setup

• Lead the end-to-end deployment, integration, and operationalization of AgileSec Analytics across a large enterprise environment.
• 10+ years in IT/Project Management, 5+ years managing Cybersecurity or Security Analytics programs.
• Define scope, objectives, roadmap, milestones, deliverables, budget, and success criteria. Manage implementation from initiation to BAU transition.
• Drive delivery using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Hybrid methodologies. Manage sprints, backlogs, dependencies, and releases.
• Coordinate onboarding of security data sources (SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence). Support security analytics and use-case implementation.
• Act as primary interface between client, business stakeholders, security teams, vendors, and executive leadership. Manage expectations and drive decision-making.
• Conduct workshops, steering committees, design reviews, and executive briefings. Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
• Maintain RAID logs, manage risks/issues, oversee compliance requirements, and ensure adherence to security and enterprise governance standards.
• Produce weekly status reports, executive dashboards, milestone tracking, resource reports, risk reports, and steering committee presentations.
• Create and deliver executive-level presentations for CISO, CIO, senior leadership, and project sponsors. Translate technical topics into business-focused insights.
• Manage project finances, forecasting, resource allocation, vendor costs, and utilization tracking.
• Coordinate implementation partners, third-party vendors, and consulting teams. Track deliverables, SLAs, and contractual commitments.
• Drive communication, training, adoption, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness activities.
