D365 Application Support - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• L2/L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (incident management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis)
• Maintain and support customisations: Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, JavaScript, C#, Azure Function Apps
• Investigate and resolve integration issues (SAP S/4HANA, Workday, enterprise systems)
• Manage D365 security roles, access control, and authorisation matrix
• Support release management, deployments, and post-deployment validation
• Support UAT, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilisation
• Monitor system performance and maintain documentation/knowledge base

Key Skills & Experience

• Hands-on D365 experience (Customer Engagement / Project Operations preferred)
• Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Technical skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Azure
• Experience with enterprise system integrations and application support environments
• 3 years in D365 technical support, development, or implementation
