Job Description

·       We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Consultant – Talend Data Integration & Informatica BDM to support enterprise data integration, analytics, and data lifecycle management initiatives. 

·       The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to source, transform, analyze, and visualize data that drives business insights and decision-making.

·       This role requires strong expertise in Talend, SQL, data visualization, and scripting, along with a passion for building scalable, data-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Data Integration & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration and analytics solutions using Talend and related technologies 

• Extract, normalize, transform, and analyze data from multiple enterprise data sources 

• Support data lifecycle management and optimize data supply chain processes 

• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to provide actionable business and performance insights 

• Build and maintain complex SQL queries, data pipelines, and data transformation workflows 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with project managers, technical leads, and business stakeholders to understand business objectives and define analytics solutions 

• Provide regular project status updates and support issue/problem analysis and resolution 

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize and rationalize the enterprise data warehouse environment 

• Participate in interdisciplinary teams across waterfall and agile delivery methodologies 

Operational Excellence & Governance

• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards, controls, security policies, and service management processes 

• Maintain documentation, automation, and operational processes within assigned responsibilities 

• Take ownership of deliverables and ensure high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective solutions 

• Contribute innovative ideas to improve engineering, analytics, and data integration strategies 

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay current with emerging technologies, analytics tools, and market trends 

• Develop subject matter expertise within assigned technologies and domains 

• Explore advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data-driven optimization opportunities 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Hands-on experience working with Talend 

• Strong SQL proficiency for building and maintaining complex queries and data pipelines 

• Experience with data analysis, data transformation, and visualization 

• Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages 

• Experience building dashboards and analytics solutions using commercial or open-source BI tools 

• 1–2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
