Database Administrator - Part-Time

5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or database engineer.

• Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent.

• Good understanding of database design, SQL, indexing, stored procedures, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments.

• Experience with data migration, ETL, bulk loading, and data validation is advantageous.

• Good understanding of database security, access control, audit logging, and secure configuration.

• Experience with cloud-based databases or managed database services is advantageous.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Able to work with developers, infrastructure teams, data teams, and business stakeholders.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
