DevOps Engineer - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab CI
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency
• Implement GitOps practices using Argo CD for automated deployments
• Develop monitoring and alerting solutions using Prometheus and Grafana
• Implement centralized logging using ELK stack
• Ensure system availability, scalability, and reliability
• Collaborate with development teams to support microservices-based applications
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering
• Strong experience with:

• Kubernetes

  Docker

  CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)

  AWS

• Hands-on experience in:

• Terraform and Ansible

  Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)

  Logging tools (ELK stack)

• Scripting skills (Python or Shell)
• Solid understanding of Linux, networking, and microservices architecture

• Experience with Helm and Istio
• Familiarity with Argo CD / GitOps practices
• Experience in automation and performance optimization
• Exposure to Agile environments

• Certifications such as CKA / CKAD
• Experience mentoring team members
• Experience in large-scale distributed systems
