Devops Engineer - Part-Time

DevOps Engineer – 12 Months Contract – Singapore

I am currently looking out for a Devops Engineer with at least 1 year of experience as a Devops Engineer or similar role for a my client, who is a renowned MNC in their current field.

As a Devops Engineer, you are responsible for:

• Designing and implementing the CI/CD tool suite.
• Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of the CI/CD tool suite, including managing patching schedules.
• Collaborating closely with software engineers to automate deployment processes and enhance productivity.
• Engaging with enterprise architects and the IT security team to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.
• Identifying and troubleshooting deployment errors, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing necessary corrective measures.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar responsibilities.
• Experience in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins / Octopus / ArgoCD
• Strong Knowledge of CI/CD best practices such as environmental variable replacement strategies
• Good Knowledge of Docker Containerization tools and usage of image repositories
• Knowledge in Kubernetes is a plus

This is a 1-year contract to start, renewable and convertible to permanent.
