Devops Engineer, Python, Corp Bank, Hybrid Work - Part-Time

We are seeking an enthusiastic DevOps Platform Engineer with 0–3 years of experience to support cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment activities. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and enhance CI/CD pipelines.
• Support containerized applications and cloud-based platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure and application performance, identify issues, and assist with troubleshooting activities.
• Implement and maintain operational monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.
• Support security and compliance initiatives by applying established security best practices.
• Participate in incident management and root cause analysis activities.
• Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Stay informed about emerging DevOps, cloud, automation, and AI technologies and evaluate their applicability within the organization.

Education and Experience

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 0–3 years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Cloud Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or a related technology role.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and system administration concepts.
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, Sybase, or Big Data platforms.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Shell (Bash), or PowerShell.
• Understanding of infrastructure automation, configuration management, and deployment practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools and technologies such as GitLab, Jenkins, Maven, or Ansible.
• Experience with source code management and version control systems.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, preferably AWS.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Elasticsearch, or Kibana.
• Familiarity with collaboration and operational tools such as Jira, Confluence, Kafka, Control-M, or MQ Series is advantageous.
