DevSecOps Lead - Red Hat OpenShiftContainer Platform (OCP) - Part-Time

·      Manage and support Red Hat OpenShiftContainer Platform (OCP), including cluster administration, workloaddeployment, patching, upgrades, and Day 2 operations.

·      Lead a team of platform engineers or technicalconsultants to deliver stable and secure managed services.

·      Handle Service Requests, Incident, Problem, andChange Management in accordance with ITIL best practices.

·      Plan and execute CVE vulnerability assessments,security patching, and platform upgrades with minimal service disruption.

·      Perform platform monitoring, log reviews, rootcause analysis, and proactive issue resolution.

·      Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors,and stakeholders to ensure platform availability, performance, and security.

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in technologyoperations, platform engineering, or technical consulting roles.

·      Hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShiftContainer Platform (OCP) and Red Hat OpenShift Administration Certification(or equivalent) is required.

·      Strong understanding of enterprise platformoperations, ITSM processes, and managed services delivery.

·      Experience leading technical teams in enterpriseor consulting environments.

·      Python scripting, automation, monitoring tools,and ETL platforms such as Talend will be an advantage.

·      Exposure to AI/ML platforms such as H2O.ai andcontainerized application environments is preferred.

·      Prior experience supporting Public Sector

·      Excellent communication, stakeholder management,leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
