Digital Business Analyst (AI Focus) - Part-Time

Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking and data-driven Digital Business Analyst to drive our organization’s digital transformation journey. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business challenges and cutting-edge technological solutions. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI), automate legacy workflows, and design digital strategies that elevate operational efficiency and customer experience.

As a catalyst for change, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, GovTech partners, and engineering squads to translate evolving business needs into scalable, future-proof digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Transformation: Evaluate existing business processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend modern, cloud-based alternatives or integrations with native tech stacks to accelerate organizational agility.

• AI & Automation Integration: Identify high-impact opportunities for leveraging AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation to optimize data-driven decision-making and automate routine operations.

• Requirements Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to extract, analyze, and document robust business requirements, user stories, functional/technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.

• Methodology & Delivery: Support diverse development environments—whether outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house—ensuring projects successfully adhere to Agile methodologies.

• Change Management & Impact Analysis: Conduct comprehensive impact analyses on requested changes, ensuring seamless product evolution while supporting leadership in mapping out long-term digital strategies.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT business analysis, system design, and testing.

• Agile Proficiency: Proven participation in at least two full software or product development lifecycles utilizing Agile methodology.

• Tech-Savviness: Solid understanding of modern digital ecosystems, including cloud-based architectures, enterprise workflows, data analytics, and foundational AI frameworks.

• Core Skills: Exceptional analytical thinking, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical business partners.
