Digital Business Analyst (1-Year Contract – Extendable)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to support the delivery of innovative digital solutions and platforms focused on customer journeys, digital sales, and self-service capabilities across APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements (BRDs, FSDs, user stories).
• Drive requirement workshops and manage stakeholder discussions across business and technology teams.
• Work closely with product, platform, delivery, and technology teams to implement digital solutions.
• Support digital platform rollouts, product launches, and customer journey enhancements.
• Collaborate with design and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely implementation.
• Manage project scope, prioritization, dependencies, and risks across multiple initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of Business Analyst experience in digital delivery environments.
• Strong experience working in Agile projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to e-commerce, customer lifecycle, digital sales, or customer servicing platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and MS Office tools.
• Good understanding of product/platform lifecycle management and customer experience journeys.
• Ability to work across cross-functional and regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Insurance or Financial Services industry experience is advantageous.
