Digital Innovation Consultant - Part-Time

JOB MISSION 

Support the digital transformation of organisations by designing and delivering intelligent digital solutions across key business domains, including CRM, Finance, HR, and Learning. 

This role bridges business and technology by identifying opportunities for automation, designing Agentic AI-driven applications, and implementing scalable solutions that align with organisational objectives. The consultant works across the full solution lifecycle, from discovery and design to development and implementation, while engaging stakeholders at strategic and operational levels. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Engage stakeholders across C-level, Management, and Executive levels to understand business priorities and challenges.  

• Conduct discovery sessions to assess digital maturity, current processes, and transformation opportunities.  

• Analyse and map business processes across domains such as CRM, Finance, HR, and Learning.  

• Translate business needs into structured functional and technical requirements.  

• Present insights, proposals, and solution concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.  

2. Solution Design & Development 

• Design Agentic AI App solutions and digital workflows aligned with business requirements.  

• Develop applications using low-code/no-code/pro-code platforms and relevant development tools.  

• Apply Generative AI, Data Analytics, and Process Automation to enhance solution value.  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, product teams) to build scalable solutions.  

• Ensure solutions are practical, user-centric, and aligned with organisational goals.  

3. Implementation & Delivery 

• Manage and support solution implementation across the full lifecycle: design → development → deployment.  

• Configure, test, and deploy applications, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.  

• Support integration with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.  

• Conduct user testing, training, and handover documentation.  

• Monitor solution effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.  

4. Agile Innovation & Project Execution 

• Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver iterative and high-impact solutions.  

• Manage tasks, priorities, and deliverables in fast-paced project environments.  

• Collaborate effectively within teams to drive innovation and delivery outcomes.  

• Apply structured project management and collaboration practices to ensure successful execution.  

5. Continuous Innovation & Industry Awareness 

• Stay updated on emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital platforms.  

• Propose forward-thinking digital strategies and innovation opportunities.  

• Contribute to internal capability building and knowledge sharing. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field. 

• Experience in digital transformation projects, especially for SMEs. 

• Familiarity with agent-based or AI-driven application will be added credits.
