Engineer - Part-Time

Job Scope: 

- Patching Schedule 

- Patching Records 

- Patching Follow Up - VA Scan 

- Check and ensure backup is working 

- Bi-Weekly user access review 

- Hardware validity & management 

- Planning ahead for capacity availability - to work with PMO team 

- Basic Security Settings - CIS Standards 

- Basic Health check 

- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance 

- User Management (CyberArk for On-Prem) 

- AD + DNS Management (AD User Accounts + GPO + CNAME records) 

- Asset Management - prepare list to review with PMO 

- Server Management - provisioning and management of virtual servers 

- L2 Incident Management - Respond to alerts on service/servers down/unavailable 

- Infra Application Management - VCenter, CyberArk, Veeam, WSUS, Symantec, Trendmicro, Manage 

Engine, MSSP issues and their licenses renewal 

- System Firmware Management for Infra Services - VCenter, ESXi Hosts 

- Varius Router SMS Gateway Management - Contact List, Services 

- Assist in the setting up CIS configuration whenever is required 

- Participate in BU Infrastructure projects if required as L2 support 

- Working as a team member reporting to Certis’ Manager in charge to provide necessary Tech 

support where applicable. 

- At least 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant areas 

Working hours: 

Monday-Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm 

Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
