Enterprise Data And Analytics – System Analyst - Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions across the full SDLC
  
• Analyse business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
  
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define functional and technical specifications
  
• Ensure data quality, governance, lineage, and compliance across data platforms
  
• Review and validate test strategies, functional test cases, and data validation approaches
  
• Support implementation, production issues, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements
  
• Drive innovation in data platforms, including data discovery, cataloguing, governance, and AI enablement
  
• Work on structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data, including NLP-driven analytics use cases
  

Requirements:

• 8–12 years of experience in System Analysis / Data & Analytics roles
  
• Strong experience in data platforms, data architecture, and analytics solutions
  
• Good banking domain knowledge, especially in Financial Crime / AML / Risk Analytics
  
• Strong experience in SQL and Python (preferred)
  
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, etc.)
  
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory reporting
  
• Experience with Informatica tools (PowerCenter, IDQ, etc.) is an advantage
  
• Exposure to NLP, unstructured data, or knowledge graph concepts is a plus
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
