Executive / Senior Executive - Part-Time

Job Description

· Gather and document business requirements, user needs, and process improvements.

· Support the development and maintenance of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate solutions.

· Support the maintenance and enhancement of core business applications.

· Apply AI tools such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and prompt-based automation to business use cases.

· Support digital enablement activities, including workshops and training.

· Coordinate project activities, timelines, action items, and follow-ups with stakeholders.

Requirements

· Degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.

· At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience

· Understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and process documentation.

· Microsoft Power Platform development experience.

· Exposure to AI tools such as AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or prompt-based automation is an advantage.

· Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL is an advantage.

· Experience in database design and development is an advantage.

· Strong communication, teamwork, documentation, and learning agility.
