Full Stack Developer (Go, Python) Bank - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements, recommend solutions, and translate business needs into implementation-ready specifications while identifying automation opportunities.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications with strong UI/UX principles and comprehensive technical documentation.

• Build and maintain automation and orchestration solutions, including workflow development and integrations across multiple tools and platforms.
• Provide production support for web applications and deployment environments by troubleshooting issues, coordinating resolutions, and managing framework/package upgrades.
• Develop secure, enterprise-grade solutions using secure coding practices, authentication/authorization controls, and proper credential and access management.
• Enhance system reliability and operational stability through observability, structured logging, error handling, monitoring, and resilient engineering practices.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience in full-stack web application development using Go, Python, and ideally PHP/Laravel.
• Strong frontend and backend development skills with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Familiarity with modern frontend and styling frameworks such as VueJS, ReactJS, TailwindCSS, and SASS.
• Strong database knowledge and experience with SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as OpenText Operations Orchestration, Ansible, Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, UiPath, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines, ideally using GitLab CI/CD, as well as package/build tools such as Composer, NPM, and Vite.Experience with scripting languages including PowerShell, Python, Bash, and Shell scripting for automation and operational tasks.
