Full Stack Developer (JD#11130) - Part-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a junior-to-mid-level full stack developer to design, build, and maintain scalable, event-driven web applications and backend services. The role involves working across the full technology stack—from developing responsive frontends to optimizing backend systems, databases, and asynchronous data workflows. The ideal candidate values clean code, strong architectural patterns, and Agile collaboration.

Mandatory Skill-set

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack development;
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript;
• Hands-on experience with Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS);
• Strong frontend development using Svelte/SvelteKit or React;
• Solid experience in PostgreSQL (schema design, query optimization, indexing);
• Experience building RESTful APIs;
• Ability to write clean, modular, maintainable code;
• Degree/diploma in computer science / IT / computer engineering.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Solace);
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred);
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization;
• Understanding of microservices and SOA architecture;
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and delivery cycles;
• Knowledge of modern security practices (Zero Trust);
• Experience in scalable and high-availability system design.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript;
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL database structures and queries;
• Implement event-driven and asynchronous processing systems;
• Develop responsive frontend applications using Svelte/SvelteKit or React;
• Translate UI/UX designs into reusable components;
• Optimize frontend performance for real-time updates and low latency;
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives);
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams;
• Write clean, testable code (unit, integration, end-to-end testing);
• Perform code reviews and support UAT processes;
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and security;
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues;
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration.
