Brief scope of the requirement
1. Working hours (Mon to Fri), 0800hrs to 1830hrs
2. Working experience in IT industry (Helpdesk) - 3 year experience
3. Familiar with ServiceNow
4. Knowledge in handling incident tickets etc
5. Knowledge in vulnerability management
6. Provide VIP support
7. Knowledge in New Joiner account creation (Able to pickup and be a fast learner)
8. New Joiner Onboarding introduction
9. Leavers Offboarding (Collecting back assets - laptop / work mobile)
10. Lost device reporting & replacement (Know what to do and guide user if this happens)
11. Provisioning of software and license
12. Device Loan request (Reclone of loan laptops)
13. Issuing of peripheral loan items
14. Perform USB Exception request
15. Perform VPN Disablement request
16. Perform Cloud PC request
