Join a highly collaborative team to drive the operational transition, functional architecture, and systems integration of core workforce management and commercial business platforms.

  • Manage the delivery workstream focused on complex tier-1 enterprise resource planning architectures for project lifecycles and asset maintenance operations.

  • Formulate robust functional structures for tracking project milestones, resource distribution, complex commercial billing models, and revenue recognition metrics.

  • Oversee configurations for capital equipment logging, preventive maintenance planning, and end-to-end service execution frameworks.

  • Harmonize data exchanges and workflows across core enterprise modules including commercial sales, human capital, financial accounting, and time tracking networks.

  • Drive cross-functional stakeholder design sessions to determine corporate system integration frameworks and future digital architecture paths.

skills and experience required.

  • Extensive professional experience with substantial dedication to tier-1 enterprise portfolio structures and maintenance management modules, including deep expertise in Singapore local payroll processing.

  • Successful track record of executing multiple full-lifecycle software migrations or implementations on modern enterprise resource planning platforms during major digital transitions.

  • Advanced technical proficiency in configuring project financials, milestone billing structures, statutory payroll calculations, and integration with core finance modules.

  • Robust experience executing data migrations, system parallel runs, cutover deployment, and post-go-live hyper-care workflows.

  • Outstanding communication capabilities required to orchestrate collaborative business workshops and align diverse corporate stakeholders on technical system paths.
